Hi! I'm Atlas and an avant-garde and mixed media designer and artist with AUDHD!

I created Wholesome Empowerment in 2020 under a different name (Mystery Marshmallows). My whole goal with this project was to design cute characters that promoted mental health awareness. Mental health is something that I struggled with throughout my whole life and I've always wanted to promote mental health awareness to show people that they are not alone in their struggles. My first business I started in 2019 was based off of that topic.

Over the last 5 years, I've designed over 650+ marshmallow characters and they all struggle with mental health in some way. They all have a story and the characters represent us - the misfits, dreamers, underdogs, introverts, extroverts, ambiverts, weirdos, wallflowers and etc. Wholesome Empowerment's mission is to show people that they are not alone in what they struggle with. We'are all in this life struggling but not alone. The marshmallows are here to be your new BFF to conquer life with and to love you unconditionally. No matter what you're going through, you matter and you make a difference - today, tomorrow and always.
